The theme for March 2026 on MyVMK was Fairies and Garden. I designed the weekly HOST prizes and conceptualized and executed a PROMO event for the players to participate in. I also designed some of the prizes for the PROMO event, along with all the promotional graphics and communication.

Design your own fairy garden Promo event
As a Promotional team member my role is to conceptualize, pitch, and execute events for the players to enjoy. My goal is to bring on new players while engaging with the current community. I designed and executed the Design Your Own Fairy Garden Promo event and communicated all communications with the community via Discord. Players were to design their own Fairy Garden in game and share their rooms via a thread in Discord with the community. I designed several flowers for the community to design with at a discounted credit price. I designed the promotional graphics on Canva and designed and animated the promotional prizes in Illustrator and Photoshop.

Design Your own ice cream sundae promotional event
As a Promotional Team Member my goal is to engage with the community as well as welcome new players. I conceptualized, pitched, and executed the, “Design Your Own Ice Cream Sundae,” Discord event for players to participate in. I designed the Ice cream glass template as well as all communication graphics and several prizes. Players were to design their dream ice cream sundae and share it with the community on Discord.

The theme for May 2026 was Once Upon a Throwback and was a theme utilized for the designers to take a break and catch up. With re-releases and OG items. As a Promotional team member I conceptualized, pitched and executed Star Wars events in May alongside a fellow team member. I designed all of the prizes for the players to enjoy.

An Enchanting Grom Fright was inspired by an episode of Disney Channel’s, “ Owl House.” This month was themed around prom and Pride. I designed the Sword in the Stone pins as well as several releases, and special event prizes hosted by a fellow team member. My role as a Promotional team member is to ensure MyVMK is an inclusive safespace. I organized a Pride party as well as designed a couple Pride themed prizes for the players to enjoy.
