Spooktober 2025 was a fun, spooky month filled with tricks and treats, but mostly treats! I ran a fun social media event on Discord to help engage the player base, as well as designing crate items, maze items, and recoloring my older release items. I also recolored some of my older items for a flashback HOST prize. I worked with my fellow team members, offering a second eye and providing and receiving constructive criticism.

MyVMK is a remake of the beloved game, VMK. There is no affiliation with the Walt Disney Company. This is a Volunteer Position.

Discord Design your own spooky haunted house event

Here is a Discord event I conceptualized and ran in October 2025. I designed the promo graphic on Canva and wrote the copy for the Discord post. I designed all of the haunted house furniture pieces for the players to build with along with one of the prize ears.

It’s officially Spooktober! And what does that mean? A new promo event for you to enjoy here on MyVMK! We’ve provided you with affordable building pieces to create your very own Spooky Haunted House! You are also free to use any other furniture you own as well! This event is low-pressure, just have fun with it! We just ask that you do not clone and that nobody builds for you! This will require you to submit two screenshots, One with your room description showing and one without. This is so we know you built it yourself! The Spooky House pieces are toggleable by clicking! You have until October 15th at 11:59 PM EST to submit your very own Spooky Haunted House! Have fun with it!!! If you choose to share your Spooky House on Discord be sure to submit it through the Google Forms Submission link as well!
